Jeremy Ibrahim
Jeremy Ibrahim is an experienced trial lawyer with over ten years of litigation experience as a former Mono County deputy district attorney, former contract Inyo County and Mono County public defender, former contract deputy trial counsel for the State Bar of California and private defense attorney defending clients in criminal appeals. Jeremy has the unique perspective of being trained as a deputy district attorney with a criminal defense mindset. He learned to think like a prosecutor, investigate, develop, prepare and prosecute a case, the value of a case, how to settle and negotiate cases and sharpened his trial skills conducting both felony and misdemeanor jury trials.

Knowing that, as well as his background in criminal appeals, he knows exactly how to protect your legal rights and undermine a prosecutor’s case in order to get you the best disposition possible.
Jeremy’s legal career began as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Attorney where he assisted and learned from deputy district attorneys how to prepare a case for trial, draft motions, and be a courtroom attorney. As a deputy district attorney in Mono County, Jeremy prosecuted individuals charged with misdemeanor offenses ranging from DUI’s, theft offenses, burglary, forgery, assault and battery, domestic violence, vehicle code violations, and drug offenses. Using his experience as a deputy district attorney, he opened his own law office and utilized his skills to provide legal services as a contract public defender for qualifying Inyo County clients. His experience as a public defender afforded him the opportunity to defend many clients in a range of criminal cases from minor offenses like being drunk in public to serious and violent strike offenses.
Jeremy now uses his criminal litigation experience to assist clients from being sued in civil court. His partnership with Richard Liebersbach allowed him to learn landlord-tenant law, contracts, business transactional law, and civil litigation. Jeremy brings his client-centered approach learned from criminal defense to the civil arena. With it comes over ten years of aggressively litigating, negotiating, and defending people’s liberties and rights to now defending their property, businesses, and positions in civil court.
